These terms and conditions should be read carefully by placing an order with Jacrac Display Ltd you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

Making a purchase

By ordering any item from us you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and if you are under 18 years of age you must not order items from this website.

All item descriptions and illustrations are provided in good faith but are intended for guidance only and the actual items may vary accordingly. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to keep all prices up to date we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated to you before dispatch of the item.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, choose an item and click on Add to basket. You can then choose whether to Continue shopping or proceed to complete your purchase and pay.

Once you have checked the items in your basket you need to accept these terms and conditions of sale and then proceed to Google Checkout.

You are able to correct mistakes on your order up to the point at which you start the Google Checkout payment process.

Paypal accepts most card payments Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. If you have not previously made a purchase with Paypal you may need to create an account.

You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

If you do not wish to use your credit card online you can send your debit/credit card information via phone, fax or post.

Accepting the order and completing the contract

When you place an order to purchase an item your order represents an offer to purchase that item which we may chose to accept or refuse. Your order does not represent a legally binding contract.

All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat, not an offer for sale from Norwich Cathedral. The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • Before you proceed to the Checkout you need to read and accept our terms and conditions in relation to online shop sales.

  • You can then enter the checkout process to submit your payment details securely.

  • In the checkout process you place your order when you click on the Place your order now button at the end of the Google checkout process. You are able to correct mistakes on your order until you click that button.

  • You will then receive an email from our online store confirming that they have taken your payment card details and forwarded all the order details to us.

  • Shortly afterwards we will send to you an email acknowledging your order and detailing the items you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or a legally binding acceptance of your offer.

  • The completion of the contract between you and us will only occur when we send you the confirmation of dispatch of the items ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it (see below for cancellation procedure).

An order may not be accepted due to one of the following:

  • the item(s) you ordered are out of stock,

  • authorisation cannot be obtained for your payment, or

  • we have found a pricing or product description error or change.

As soon as we discover any of the above we will contact you by email and set out the alternatives available.

Inspecting your purchase and your right to cancel your order

You should inspect your purchase upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the items unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation rights (see below) and/or you return the items in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obliged to accept any rejection by you of the items at a later date.

Shipping And Handling All prices are displayed excluding delivery charges. Shipping and handling is charged by weight and destination. The total amount will be shown at the checkout stage.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days [of confirmation of receipt of payment]. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but do not include delivery charges. Please not that if you are ordering for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such duties and taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such duties and taxes rest solely with you and Norwich Cathedral Enterprises Ltd has no control or liability for them.

Cancellation rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the. For further details of how to return goods please see our returns policy and procedure. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the goods to us. See Delivery & Returns for further details. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Jacrac Display Ltd does not disclose information collected on this site about you to third parties. Cookies are used by the online shop to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item the checkout process may use cookies on their site and we advise you to check their terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with seals and shrink wrap intact.

We recommend returning your parcel with a proof of posting. We regret we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error.

We will refund or exchange your purchase once it is received by us.
Opened, personalised and food items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
